The attention to detail was remarkable, as the room included a well-stocked mini-bar and complimentary toiletries that made me feel pampered. the friendly staff went above and beyond to ensure a seamless experience, even assisting me with currency exchange, which made my stay all the more convenient. With comfortable accommodations, outstanding service, and a great location close to the city center, Hotel Jelena will undoubtedly remain my first choice when visiting Banja Luka.
